About the Role
Cold calling will be your bread and butter.
You'll likely be on a dialer 8-10 hours per day during 5-6 days per week. Your main job as a lead generator is to produce a minimum of 2.5 QUALITY leads per day. You will be trained on what our team believes a quality lead is, how to properly speak to prospects, which questions to ask, and how to handle objects.
We are not aiming to be a huge team. We prefer to be small, but very efficient and profitable, so there are limited spots available. Requirements
1.) You must have a quiet and stable work environment.
2.) You must have a working microphone/headset, a computer, a camera, and internet service. All of these must have a clear, stable, and strong connection.
3.) You must be able to understand and speak English fluently. Being able to understand and speak Spanish, in addition to English, can be a bonus.
4.) You must be productive, diligent, coachable, and a great team player.
