Hiring: Dispo Specialist (Real Estate Dispositions / Sales)
Remote (Work-from-Home): Full Time | Potential Hybrid Role in the Future
Starting Base Pay: $1,000/month (₱55,680 PHP) + Uncapped Tiered Commissions
Anticipated Monthly Earnings: at least $2,600 (₱140,000 PHP)
Leads Provided: 10-15 new contracts/deals per month
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)

Who We're Looking For
This role is for someone who’s sharp, direct, and thrives in fast-paced negotiations. You’ll be managing relationships with serious real estate buyers — not nurturing sellers. That means less hand-holding, more deal-making. This is business-to-business sales — where clear communication, confidence, and negotiation skills matter most.
You’ll be talking with real estate agents, wholesalers, investors, JV partners, lenders, and contractors.
You should be someone who:
Loves sales and closing deals
Can hold your own in a fast-moving environment
Is persuasive, professional, and tactful
Doesn’t get pushed around — but knows how to build relationships
Understands that profit is created (or lost) in this seat
This position is great for people with strong voices, negotiation instincts, and high-level communication skills. "Alpha" males/females and firm decision-makers often thrive here.

Core Responsibilities
Market investment deals to our buyer network
Respond quickly to inquiries and showings
Negotiate sales price, closing terms, and assignment fees
Coordinate with title companies and transaction coordinator
Maintain accurate deal and buyer data in CRM
Basic Requirements
Laptop or computer with camera and mic
Reliable, high-speed internet (10mbps minimum)
Quiet, private home office setup
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong sales or client management background preferred
Familiarity with U.S. real estate or investor culture a plus
Compensation & Perks
As a Dispo Specialist, your monthly gross revenue target is $50,000 USD. You will earn 2% commission on all revenue up to this point. For any average monthly revenue exceeding $50,000 USD, your commission rate increases to 6% — with no cap on earnings.
All sales team members start with the following compensation and benefits:
Starting Base Pay: $1,000 USD/month + Uncapped Tiered Commissions
$50 monthly internet stipend
$300 equipment bonus (after 120 days + successful completion of probation)
13th month pay (paid out after 1 full year of employment)
2-week paid Christmas & New Year break
Paid major holidays (selected U.S. & Philippine holidays)
