Hiring: Virtual Cold Caller / Lead Agent
Remote (Work-from-Home): Full Time | Potential Hybrid Role in the Future
Starting Base Pay: $867/month (₱48,439 PHP) + $100 per closed lead
Anticipated Monthly Earnings: $1,012 (₱56,348 PHP)
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time) (40hrs per week)

This position is for someone who can confidently talk to strangers, handle rejection, and stick to the script — while still being sharp and emotionally intelligent. Your job is NOT to close deals. Your job is to open the door by starting great conversations with homeowners in the U.S., qualifying motivation, and passing the baton to our acquisitions team.

Core Responsibilities
Make 300–500 outbound calls daily using our auto-dialer system
Ask qualifying questions and assess seller motivation
Take detailed notes and tag leads correctly in CRM
Follow call scripts with professionalism and confidence
Schedule follow-ups and live transfers to acquisitions team
Provide daily reports to leadership team
Basic Requirements
Laptop or desktop computer with camera and mic
Strong, stable internet connection (minimum 10mbps)
Quiet and private home office setup
Clear spoken English with minimal accent
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Perks
As a Cold Caller / Lead Agent, your mission is to generate qualified leads through outbound calling. You’ll be the first point of contact with property owners and play a critical role in building our deal pipeline.
All cold calling team members start with the following compensation and benefits:
Starting Base Pay: $867 – $1,012 USD/month (based on attendance + performance)
Full-time stable role with bi-weekly pay
13th Month Pay (after 1 year)
Paid major holidays (U.S. & PH select)
Paid Christmas & New Year break (2 weeks)
Future: Health & dental benefits
Potential promotion into Acquisitions role (with commissions & higher income)
